Butler Diaries Help Centre

Pre-order means the diary is at the printers. 

For current year pre-orders, printing takes 3-7 days.

For the following year pre-orders, they begin shipping between September and November.

What is a pre-order?

We have purchasing guides for all services plus answers to frequently asked questions in our Help Center. You can find the guides here.

Which Diary should I order?

Yes! Simply sign in to your account or create an account (if you didn't already at checkout) using the email address that you made your order with. You can view all of your orders there and download the pdf to print also.

Please Note: If you have orders under multiple emails,these will all be separate accounts you can log into. You can find which email you used to make the order on your invoice and order confirmation. If you are not sure which email was used for your order, contact us.

Can I get a copy of my invoice?

Simply head here and follow the instructions https://butlerdiaries.com/pages/returns-and-exchanges.

The quickest way to receive it is to process the Return, make a new order for the diary you would like, and we will issue a refund for the incorrect diary once it has been returned to us.
