Yes, we do (except for Print On Demand Products, where there are no refunds or returns unless faulty)
- We will accept returns for any reason as long as the merchandise is in a perfect, resalable condition.
- We will pay for return postage as long as you return the parcel in its original or similar packaging using the label we will supply to you after you fill out the form.
- Before contacting us about returns or exchanges, please visit the Returns and Exchanges page and follow the instructions.
- Once we receive the returned item/s, we will dispatch your replacement or issue the refund.
- Refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within ten (10) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Alternatively, you can opt for store credit or to pay via direct deposit.
