Pre-order means the product has been ordered with our supplier.

Non-dated pre-orders typically take 5-15 days to restock.

For current year Diary pre-orders, printing takes 3-7 days.

For the following year Diary pre-orders, they begin shipping between September and November the year before.

Following year Diary pre-orders typically go on sale in June as a pre-order, so you can secure your stock. They then ship as per order date, with the earliest orders going out first when stock arrives between September and November. Pre-orders can expect to receive their order between September and November.

Undated products ordered with a pre-order will be held and shipped together.

Dated, in-stock items will be shipped now, and your pre-order will be shipped when stock arrives.
