What forms of payment do you accept?
Butler Diaries accepts all major credit cards, including Visa and MasterCard. We also accept PayPal online, direct deposit, cheques, purchase orders, Zip Pay, and so many more. Simply select your preferred payment option at checkout.
Do I have to pay online?
For your convenience, we offer a wide range of payment options both online and off. Simply choose your preferred method at checkout and pay by bank deposit or over the phone.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes! To help aid with the timely supply of Butler Diaries products, we also fulfill orders prior to payment to approved customers where an official purchase order is supplied.
I don't have a credit card. Can I use another payment method?
Yes, you can. Butler Diaries offers PayPal or you can select direct deposit, cheque, or purchase order in the payments option in the checkout.
Can I get a quote?
Yes!. There are two ways you can process a quote through the system. Formal Quote (No Stock Hold). 1) Add the items to your cart as normal. 2) Open the cart and in the cart, you can select 'DOWNLOAD A QUOTE ONLY - NOT PURCHASE YET'. 3) A quote will b
