My diary is a pre-order, what does that mean?
Pre-order means the diary is at the printers. For current year pre-orders, printing takes 3-7 days. For the following year pre-orders, they begin shipping between September and November.
How do I know if the product I want is available?
All our available stock is in-store. You can check the product page to see if any items are in stock or in pre-order.
I can't see a Soft Cover of the Diary I want. Why?
We only offer Soft Covers if Hard Cover stock sells out earlier than planned. At the stage, we only plan to offer 6-month Soft Cover versions if sold out unless stock sells out early.
