Yes, you can request a change to your order before it ships. If you realize that you ordered the wrong item or would like to make any changes, please send us an email as soon as possible with your order number and clear instructions on the change. This allows us to action it without requiring back and forth to clarify information. This gives you the best chance of us being able to catch your order before it ships. Please note, email is the quickest way to reach us as we aren't always able to be in the office by the phones. 

We will do our best to accommodate your request and update your order accordingly, provided that it has not yet been processed for shipping.
