We ship with couriers and Australia Post (and third-party carriers for Print on Demand). The price is calculated by weight. Orders under 5kg will be shipped in an air satchel, and over 5kg will be boxed and shipped via road express. 

Please be assured that your items will ship out within 3-5 business days of purchase, depending on the stock in hand. Our Print on Demand Products (Merch and Soft and Hard Cover books) can take up to 10 days for delivery and are dispatched separately to the diary and resources items.

Pre-order means the diary is at the printers. For current year pre-orders, printing takes 3-7 days. For the following year pre-orders, they begin shipping between September and November.

Credit card authorisation and verification must be received prior to processing or if paying by invoice - funds must have cleared in our bank account.

We use a number of carriers, including Star Track and Australia Post. You will be given the option at checkout to choose the cheapest freight for your postcode.

If they are unable to deliver the parcel or leave a card, the item may be left at the nearest post office or drop-off location or returned back to base. To ensure a hassle-free delivery, give clear instructions for the courier if your address is hard to find.

If your address is within a school that may be closed on school holidays, please provide an alternative address or let us know when you re-open so we can hold the delivery. 

Deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will be emailed or messaged your tracking number upon shipping, where you can trace where your delivery is up to.  

If you have lost that email, you can sign up for an account on our site and find your order details, including tracking in your account area.
