I need to cancel an order.Updated a month ago
If you need to cancel your order, please check you haven't already received a tracking number. We cannot cancel orders that are already on the way and you will need to request a return once you've received your order.
If you do not have a tracking number, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and the details of your request. Please provide clear instructions so the team can action your request immediately without reaching out for clarification. This gives us the best chance of catching your order and making changes before the warehouse sends out your order.
If your order has already been packed, we are unable to cancel your order and you will need to request a return once you've received your order. We will inform you if this is the case.
