Yes!

• We will accept returns for any reason as long as the merchandise is in perfect resalable condition.
  
  
• We will pay for return postage as long as you return the parcel in its original or similar packaging using the label we will supply to you after you lodge a return.
  
  
• Before contacting us about returns or exchanges, please visit the returns page and follow the instructions.
  
  
• Once we receive the returned item/s, we will dispatch your replacement or issue the refund.
  
  
• Refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within ten (10) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Alternatively, you can opt for store credit or to pay via direct deposit.

Please note: We do not accept returns on custom items. We do not accept returns of current year Diaries after 1st October. The cutoff to return a current year Diary is September 30th regardless of purchase date. We do not offer returns or refunds on digital products due to the nature of the product.
