My discount code isn't working. How come?Updated 25 days ago

Your discount code may not be working due to one of the below reasons:

• Some of our promotions including our discount codes expire after a certain period. If your code has expired, it will not work at checkout.
• Some of our special offers cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes. If you're trying to apply both in one checkout, your code will not work.
• If your special is a free gift and you've added more than the offered free gifts to your cart, the lower value item will automatically be free.
• If your special is a free gift, you have to meet the cart requirements of the sale for the gift to be marked free. Check you have the right products in your cart.
• Some of our specials have a minimum purchase amount, please check the special offer to see if it applies to your purchase.
